Founder led, Legl enables client onboarding and payments for law firms.
I setup the product structure and processes across 5 product teams. I created an AI-first product vision, introduced AI-based ways of working. I also led the product side of our first international market launch.

Dext is Private Equity backed, the flagship product is a receipt management tool.
Their main channel to market has been via accountants/ book keepers, they are shifting towards a direct to market offering for small business owners using product-led growth.
I led Product, Design & Research across 14 product teams.

Privately owned, cross-border payments company. Focused on P2P (peer to peer), I was brought in to launch two new Business products - direct to market and an API platform product.
Setup a Product-led organisation to support multiple products. This included a new structure, new roles, recruiting key hires, new processes such as prioritisation, roadmap, OKRs and analytics.

I owned the product strategy globally, a £150m revenue product. Shifted priorities to drive a new strategy, creating a platform for triple figure, sustainable growth.
